Step 1: Add Course to Cart

Go to the shop page

The first step in registering for a course is to browse their course offerings and select the one that best fits your needs and interests. Once you've found the course you'd like to enrol in, click the "Add to Cart" button.

Step 2: View Cart and Checkout

After adding the course to your cart, proceed to view your cart to ensure that you have selected the correct course. Review the course details and click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button to proceed with the registration process.

Step 3: Fill in the Details

‍

Next, you'll be prompted to fill in your details such as your name, email address, and billing information. Take your time to ensure that all information is entered accurately to avoid any issues with the registration process.

Step 4: Select Payment Option

Zuri Training offers multiple payment options to accommodate participants from different regions. Depending on your location and preferred currency, you can choose from the following payment options:

- Paystack: Suitable for payments in NGN (Nigerian Naira), USD (United States Dollar), GHS (Ghanaian Cedi), ZAR (South African Rand), and KES (Kenyan Shilling).

‍

- Direct Bank Transfer: Recommended for payments in NGN. If you opt for this method, make sure to add the order number in the transfer description for easy order matching.

- Stripe Payment Option: Ideal for payments in currencies not supported by Paystack.

Step 5: Pay

‍

Once you've selected your preferred payment option, proceed to make the payment according to the instructions provided. For Paystack and Stripe payments, you will receive an email confirmation shortly after the transaction is completed.

Step 6: Wait for Email Confirmation(Direct Transfers)

After making the payment, you will receive an email confirming that your order is on-hold until it is confirmed. For direct bank transfers, confirmation may take anywhere from an hour to 72 hours, depending on the volume of transactions.

Step 7: Follow up if Necessary

‍

If you forgot to add the order number in the transfer description for direct bank transfer payments, don't worry. Simply follow up with a full screenshot of the payment details, showing Zuri's account name and other relevant information. Do not use the debit SMS message because that does not show the full details required to make your order valid.

Step 8: Receive Confirmation Email

‍

Once your order is completed and confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from Zuri Training. This email will contain important details about your course enrollment and stating that your order has been completed.
